We have developed π-gel materials (π-gel electrets) that can stably retain a large amount of electrostatic charge internally. The highly deformable electrode incorporating this gel exhibits a sensor function that outputs low-frequency vibrations generated by human body movements as voltage signals, so it is expected to be applied to wearable healthcare applications.
