概要

Photovoltaics technology is most promising renewable-energy for long term green energy solution with well satisfied eco-environmental issues. Halide-Perovskite-Based Solar Cells have demonstrated high potential as a low-cost photovoltaic technology. However, device stability and toxicity of lead-based HPSCs have imposed challenges for its commercialization. Regardless of the high performance of Pb-HPSCs, therefore, it is obligatory to pave a new path to explore environmentally-friendly lead-free perovskite materials for photovoltaic and applications beyond photovoltaics. Indeed, there are a number of challenge to grow a high quality material and design optimal device configuration for the Pb free materials applications. There are needs for systematic experiments and in depth understanding of optoelectronics properties to get stable and efficient Pb free HaPSCs and its potential applications in other optoelectronic fields.
