Updated organization and employee position codes
Organization and employee position codes have been updated to those of FY2024.

SAMURAI表示画面リニューアルのお知らせ
研究者総覧SAMURAIでの文献表示について、以下の更新を行いました。
#### 文献一覧画面
* オープンアクセスの文献について「Open Access」ラベルを追加します。
* 出版社や学会のWebサイトでオープンアクセスとして出版されているもの、もしくはMDR上でオープンアクセスとなっているものが対象です。
* 文献がオープンアクセスかどうかの判定には、[Unpaywall](https://unpaywall.org)を使用しています。このため、Unpaywallに収録されていない文献は、オープンアクセスであってもラベルが表示されない場合があります。
* 口頭発表のうち、招待講演について「招待講演」ラベルを追加します。
#### 文献詳細画面
* オープンアクセスの文献について、「Open Access」ラベルを追加します。また、出版社・学会の本文リンクと、MDR上の本文リンクを並べて表示します。
* NIMS著者の顔写真の表示を追加します。
* その他、タイトルなどの書誌事項の表示レイアウトを変更します。

Currently image files on SAMURAI are not displayed as of January 4th, 2024. We are working on fixing it.
