First Demonstration of Single-MicroRNA Detection Using Metasurface Biosensors
MicroRNA is one of the most promising next-generation biomarkers while it is usually very low concentration in bodies. Therefore, extremely high-sensitivity detection is required. This time, we have succeeded in the first demonstration of single-microRNA detecion employing the metasurface fluorescence biosensors developed in NIMS.
