Fluorescent biosensor based on aggregation induced emission (AIE) exhibits outstanding performance on the detection of biomarkers due to its rapid response, cost efficiency, optical stability, high sensitivity, etc. The application of microfluidic platform is to meet higher standard requirements of HSA detection. The microfluidic platform consists of a self-absorbed pair of a SiO2 substrate and a PDMS chip with 6 in-out flowing channels. The fluorescent setup is conducted by LED source, bandpass filters and uncooled CCD camera. FL imaging measurement is employed and analysed under this configuration. Furthermore, AIE biosensor is specific for HSA and will be lighted up in aqueous solution after touching with HSA. FL biosensor demonstrates a good dynamic linearity and the capabilities of detecting human urine under this platform. AIE biosensor realizes the detection of HSA both in buffer and human urine under the control of the microfluidic platform. The judicious selection of the asymmetry parameter of qBICs offers tailored coupling between the resonance mode and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) molecules from weak to strong coupling regimes. We also show the existence of the asymmetry parameter at which the enhanced molecular signal is maximized. One of the concepts is digital expression of gradient refractive index in optical devices. This idea has substantially enlarged the field of optics. Flat lens, flat beam manipulators, holograms, and so on have been realized so far. The demonstrations were mostly conducted to fabricate the optical devices with dimensions of hundreds of microns. In order to push the metasurfaces to the practical stages, it is inevitable to produce large-area metasurfaces that are faithful to the complex designs. We need more precise fabrication techniques to realize the elaborate designs of metasurfaces. One of the solutions is nanoimprint lithography. Incorporating selective area sublimation (SAS) process in the flat-lens fabrication, we successfully obtained good optical performance in the GaN-nanorod lens. Moreover, the GaN flat lens exhibited a good photoluminescence (PL) auto-focusing property. The SAS was found better than reactive ion etching to suppress quenching of PL. The metasurface structures consist of two-dimensional optimized arrays of vertically trenched MIM nanocavities with a thin trivalent erbium ions (Er3+) layer positioned at a specific depth of the cavities. Therefore, the enhanced PL properties by coupling between strongly localized resonant modes and electronic transitions are achieved.Finally, linearly-polarized enhanced PL emission was observed for optimized emitter position and resonance wavelength." However, once a thin metallic layer is deposited on the photonic crystal slab, the metallic parts naturally form stacked complementary (sc) plasmonic structure in the SOI substrate.
