Introduction

Nonempirical Exploration and Finding of Novel Nanophotonics Structures Employing Generative AI

We initially used a generative AI and prepared metadeta based on text an figures in papers related to nanophotonics. Based on the metadata, we designated a specific optical feature (circular dichroism, CD) and made the generative AI output the candidates in CAD format. Starting from a group of the CAD information, we implemented a large-scale electromagnetic simulations, and finally and nonempirically found single-layer chiral metasurfaces exhibiting perfect CD.
